Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer service principles
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
- Proficiency in math for calculating quotes, discounts, and commissions
- Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to provide exceptional sales support and follow-up with customers
