Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work cooperatively with inside and outside sales and other team members.
- Present price, credit, and terms in accordance with standard procedures.
- Complete Credit Applications for potential new customers.
- Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, or returns.
- Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
- Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.
- Educate customers about terminology, features, and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with outside sales to contact customers following a sale to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints.
- Communicate to Manufacturing unexpected increase or decreases in demand for products.
- Always present a professional image to customers and vendors.

**Skills**:

- Minimum two years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
- Must have organizational, analytical and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Strong work ethic
- Must have the ability to learn products and demonstrate technical aptitude.
- Knowledge of overall business operations.
- Willing to assist in Accounts receivable credit/collections.
- Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to learn internal system.
