Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines and applicable laws
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Manage payroll administration, including processing payroll changes, maintaining accurate records, and resolving payroll discrepancies. Proficient in Paychex payroll system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in human resources management roles
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Strong understanding of performance management principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, bilingual is a requirement
