We are seeking a full time **Collections Representative **to join the Shared Services division as a hybrid employee in our Schaumburg, IL office reporting to the Service Operations Manager, Billing & Collections.
**Job Profile**
- Manage assigned account portfolio
- Perform duties in accordance with department guidelines and procedures
- Document collections activities
