**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in working order.
