Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Role Overview: As a Receptionist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our organization, delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a friendly atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming visitors and assisting them with their inquiries.
  • Efficiently managing and directing incoming phone calls.
  • Responding to questions and providing information to both visitors and callers.
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Monitor phone lines daily to ensure calls are routed correctly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Oversee office mail operations, including outgoing and incoming mail management.
  • Organize and distribute newspapers to designated areas after delivery.
