Member Experience Representative-account Rep

**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
A MER is an employee who helps the credit union create a better member experience. They serve as a member ambassador, connecting the member to the Credit Union. Improving member relations and contributing to business growth by working to solve member needs with appropriate products and services. A MER will provide teller services and so much more.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Knowledge of member products, services, and company policies
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Punctual, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Complete all training necessary to meet standards required under NCUA Regulations.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality
2. Performs additional duties as assigned
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear. The employee frequently required to reach with hands and arms and is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch or crawl. The employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
