About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our Direct Sales new business development team. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for recruiting and launching new brands within the Amazon Black Business Accelerator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline mix of high-value and transactional accounts
  • Execute sales strategies to secure deals that exceed aggressive account acquisition and output goals
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers of prospective accounts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions
About the Team

Amazon's Black Business Accelerator is dedicated to helping build sustainable equity and growth for Black entrepreneurs by enabling their success as sellers. We provide access to financial support, strategic business guidance, and mentorship, as well as marketing and promotional support.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional or military experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
