Job Title: Debt Settlement Specialist
Location: Tustin, CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients seeking debt relief services.
- Present and explain our debt settlement programs and services clearly and effectively.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to help them achieve financial freedom.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships.
- Keep accurate records and documentation of all interactions with clients.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a debt settlement, credit repair or related financial industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of debt settlement and financial services is a plus.
- An empathetic approach to understand and help clients in challenging financial situations.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and service inbound leads, no cold calling required
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' debt situations and financial goals.
- Educate clients on debt settlement options and develop personalized debt relief plans.
- Present and explain our services, pricing, and benefits to potential clients.
- Negotiate with creditors to settle clients' debts at the most favorable terms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the debt settlement process.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Experienced In Debt Settlement / Debt Collections / Student Debt Preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Knowledge of debt settlement and financial planning concepts is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
