Spanish Speaker Debt Settlement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Debt Settlement Specialist who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, negotiation, and debt settlement.

A Debt settlement specialist, you will responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients with debt-related issues.  Your main objective will be to help clients navigate their financial challenges and develop effective debt management strategies.  You will review your financial situation and assets to help come up with a realistic number to offer when negotiating.  He will help you determine whether negotiating debts is the best option for your financial situation.

Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers who are behind on their payments and negotiate repayment plans
  • Educate customers on debt settlement options and provide guidance on the best course of action
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner and treat customers fairly and consistently
  • Negotiates account settlement within established guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements
  • Achieve monthly targets for call volume, successful negotiations, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience

Skills and Requirements:
  • Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required, as you will be primarily communicating with Spanish speaking clients.
  • Proven experience as a Debt Specialist, Debt counselor or a similar role with a strong understanding of debt management principles and strategies.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Job Type: Full-time
  • Hourly + Commission (pay structure gives you a safety net and also motivates you to do more)
  • The commission is uncapped The opportunity to make a lot of $$$ here is endless
