**Responsibilities**:
- Co-lead the After School team, working Monday through Friday, 3-6 PM.
- Prepare and lead a variety of activities, both structured and informal.
- Regularly communicate with families to update them on child progress and program events.
- Collaborate with the Extended Day team on program planning and execution.
- Manage attendance systems and oversee program logistics.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in designing creative curricula that engage children across multiple age groups.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to the individual and group needs of children.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of fostering a positive discipline environment.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively interact with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Interest or experience in global or multicultural education.
- Proven ability in leading activities such as art, drama, music, literacy, etc.
- Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and community service.
