Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Music Studio Director at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for driving our Youth Development Outcomes through positive staff practices that create a high-quality Club Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the home Club staff and Regional Director to develop and implement music-based programs that promote youth development and engagement.
- Design and deliver music-based activities that foster a sense of community and recognition among club members.
- Work closely with instructors and production assistants to ensure a high-quality music studio experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local music industry professionals to provide opportunities for club members.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of music-based programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in music education or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful music-based programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
