About the Role:
- Lead a team of professionals in providing high-quality services to youth with special needs.
- Develop and implement effective programs and services that meet the needs of our clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care.
- Mentor and support staff in their professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
