Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer sales representative and clerical assistant. You will have many duties including taking orders over the phone, reaching out to our clients with new products, maintaining backorders and more in an office environment.

**Duties**:

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette in all customer interactions
- Utilize bilingual skills (English and Spanish) to assist customers who require language support
- Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Provide accurate and efficient data entry for customer information and order processing
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promotions

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Sales experience or familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
