Here at The Salt Lick BBQ in Round Rock, the staff counts on its FOH Managers for full support and leadership in doing their job duties. Having restaurant experience isn't necessary but leadership and how to lead a team is. Customer service and understanding the value in the Customer Experience is a key attribute desired. Must be personable and hard working with the tools necessary to do many things at once. A leader with a calm demeanor and the understanding of how to navigate a team with different personalities will be very successful here

We use the highest quality of meat and freshest produce. Our restaurant’s techniques started from wagon trains and were handed down over the years. - And more As **a Manager at The Salt Lick BBQ**, you work within a management team where everyone assists in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. The manager’s duties include ensuring effective operations, providing high food quality and cleanliness standards, engaging in team member training and development, reviewing financial information, and seeing to guest satisfaction.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Must be over 18 years of age
- At least 1 year of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience
- Food Managers Certification
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
- Results driven and team oriented.
