Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate Front of House Director and Leadership Development Candidate to enhance our operations. The FOH Director will ensure that all service and operational standards are met, focusing on developing both personnel and systems to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role emphasizes the importance of excellence in service and operational metrics, aiming to position the establishment among the top performers in the industry.

Your Contributions

  • Achieving operational excellence across all Front of House areas to guarantee an outstanding guest experience.
  • Building and nurturing high-performing teams, identifying and mentoring future leaders.
  • Overseeing a team of over 50 individuals, fostering an inspiring vision and maintaining accountability to high standards.
  • Ensuring a safe and compliant work environment for both food and team safety.
  • Enhancing the Hospitality Program with a compelling vision that propels business success.
  • Driving overall restaurant performance through collaborative efforts with department leaders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • ServSafe Certification is required.
  • Experience in the hospitality sector is preferred.
