- Assist in the development and implementation of test plans for key intranet functionalities.

- **Communication Strategy and Metrics**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal communications, web content management, intranet management, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, particularly SharePoint and Teams.
- Experience with content management systems and web development tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Approaches new systems and technologies with confidence and enthusiasm

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with graphic design
- Experience with ChatGPT/Generative AI tools for content optimization.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools and SEO best practices.
