Office Assistant

We are seeking an Office Assistant to become a part of the Hyperion Solar Energy team You will be working closely with upper management. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, optimizing office operations, lead data management, overseeing internal processes, supplies, and equipment. This is a position for a dynamic result-oriented individual, it includes a base pay of $20 per hour, as well as benefits after a 90-day review. Your hire will be an important addition to our already world-class solar sales operation. Experience is a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct all phone calls
- Respond to client requests, and complaints
- Assist HR, Talent Acquisition, & CEO
- Perform clerical tasks
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Filing important documents
- Greeting visitors/clients
- Maintaining office supplies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a **MUST**
- Hours Mon-Fri 9PM-5PM. Off Saturdays and Closed Sundays.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, front desk service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
