**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping personnel will maintain the cleanliness of the dealership which will include cleaning all departments, common areas, restrooms etc.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Clean showroom, Service and Parts areas including all common areas, offices, and restrooms (mop, sweep, strip/wax/buff floors, dust, vacuum and garbage removal).
- Ensure that all bathrooms are monitored for cleanliness throughout the day.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- General upkeep of the buildings, trash rooms and grounds.
- Maintain all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
- Special projects as assigned.
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
- Must be a team player and be able to work with little supervision.
- Excellent time management skills and work ethic needed.
**Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
**Supervisory Responsibilities** - None
