**i9 Sports - PROGRAM DIRECTOR**

**Company Description: - ** i9 Sports Corporation, the nation’s largest youth sports league franchise, is seeking a skilled Youth Sports Program Director. i9 Sports® is a leading provider of youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics whose mission is to help kids succeed in life through sports.

**Overall Job Description**: The i9 Sports Program Director is a hands-on role responsible for managing the day to day operation of the local sports programs. This role will include coach recruitment, building rosters, managing coaches, officials, and site coordinators, and ensuring the highest brand standards in all areas of involvement and on game days. It includes field prep, gear and inventory management and all aspects of operating successful game days.

**LOCATIONS**: This position will focus on our Central and South Travis County locations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of youth sports leagues, camps and clinics
- Manage/Direct volunteer coaches to ensure a positive experience
- Train, hire, and schedule the Officials/Referees
- Manage/Direct all site coordinators
- Ensure the integrity of the brand
- Perform other duties and special projects as required
- **Weekends are required as most of our programs are on Saturdays and Sunday Afternoons.**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree (Sports Management or related field preferred)
- Experience in Operations a plus
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to efficiently solve problems
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- 2-3+ years prior work experience
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong organization and presentation skills
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional business relationships
- Strong analysis/problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in core Microsoft Office programs and comfort in learning and using new technology **Ability to work a varied work schedule, including Saturdays and Sundays and some evenings**:

- Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs)
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty

Pay: From $43,000.00 per year
