**Introduction**

Serve as an Assistant, managing varied administrative tasks across her professional and personal activities. Looking for an ambitious, self-motivated individual who excels at multi-tasking and has strong organizational skills.
Please note that a valid driver’s license and automobile is required for this position.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Support busy real estate professional with day to day activities
- Participate in networking activities and lead conversion
- Design, maintain and produce marketing material, including Internet and print ads, postcards, flyers and brochures
- Assist in executing marketing strategies - coordinate direct mail and advertising campaigns
- Administer social media marketing program
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable Transportation
- Excited about learning new tools, systems, and technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
