Reporting to the Sr. HR Director of the Clutches & Brakes division, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition, employee development, performance management and culture for your client groups. Additionally, you will help set the stage for continuous improvement of HR processes for the division.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as HR Partner to be a trusted talent advisor and coach to leaders
- Serve as primary contact for HR-related inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information to associates
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition COE to oversee and ensure high-quality diverse talent acquisition
- Collaborate with hiring managers to provide an excellent onboarding experience
- Oversee and manage the use of performance management to create a high-performing organization
- Assist with implementing and embedding Regal Rexnord talent initiatives within the Clutches & Brakes Division
- Develop action plans and partner with leadership in being accountable for culture and engagement progress
- Champion an inclusive environment that values diversity
- Partner with Division HR on talent processes
- Manage various HR projects for the segment that contribute to our strategic objectives
- Partner with division HR on Employee Relations issues and investigations
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within our HR systems
- PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years in a HR Generalist/Partner or related role
- Previous experience managing HR projects
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with the drive to seek out ways to streamline and improve HR processes and initiatives

Travel: Travel (up to 10%) as needed

Language: English
