**Purpose/Introduction**:
The position provides executive administrative support to the Polymers & Specialties (P&S) leadership team. This position serves as a point of contact for internal and external contacts and supports the Polymers & Specialties leadership management team. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with excellent written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and manage confidential and time sensitive matters with discretion. This individual should be a self-starter who anticipates customer needs and next steps, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining calendars, plans, schedules and coordinates schedules for Polymers & Specialties leadership management team.
- Coordinating meetings that require complex scheduling at multiple locations with various stakeholders.
- Assisting with P&S meeting agendas, coordinates with Board Corporate Secretary on board materials, and collaborates with industry organization executive assistants on scheduling meetings and ensuring presentations are received prior to meetings.
- Managing daily operation of office space, including onboarding of new hires, workspace assignment, ordering necessary supplies, resolving any issues, and ensuring full participation of safety meetings by team members.
- Coordinating mandatory training sessions, town hall meetings, team building events and other special events.
- Manages domestic and international travel arrangements, including visa requests, and proactively coordinates the pre-planning of trips by arranging appropriate travel accommodations, managing agendas, providing necessary contacts, and other necessary preparations.
- Prepares expense reports, reconciles ProCard statements, and processes invoices as necessary.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years related experience supporting a mid-level leader or higher
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively communicate and collaborate across organizational boundaries at all levels

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Administrative Professional Certification such as CAP, EAC or CPAA
