Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team at Foundations Educational Services, a member of the Point Quest Group. As a School Psychologist, you will play a critical role in supporting the educational and therapeutic needs of students in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with parents, teachers, administrators, and other professionals to develop and implement educational and therapeutic programs.
  • Assess and interpret the intellectual, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development of students, and provide recommendations for remediation and support.
  • Prepare and present written assessment reports to parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and reviews, and contribute to the development of school services promoting positive mental health and effective learning environments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and other staff members on issues related to child development, curriculum, and testing and measurement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Arizona Credential authorizing the performance of psychological services.
  • ADE School Psychologist Certification.
  • Graduate degree from a NASP-approved School Psychology program.
  • Valid IVP Fingerprint Card.
Work Environment

This position requires occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and fumes. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to see and hear within normal range with or without correction.
