ICF is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical support for our clients.

Key responsibilities:
Responsible for project planning, requirements definition, logical design, acceptance testing, installation planning, training, implementation, and/or ongoing systems support. All work must be planned and coordinated with end users, technical systems analysts and programmers, as well as with other IT Systems Analysts. IT systems analyzed may involve multiple departments and/or agencies.

The IT Support Specialist must work within the department’s procedures, policies and technical focus. Additionally, this person must easily grasp complex situations, anticipate and proactively solve problems, and have advanced technical skills in the tools used by EP.

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma and 5 years of experience- At least 3 years of experience with:
- Troubleshooting, configuring, and administering Windows 10 systems independently-
- Experience with Active Directory, Windows Update process, advanced knowledge of Windows registry settings, file and folder security, knowledge of local/domain user security, Operating System troubleshooting-
- Experience consulting and providing recommendations and/or solutions for custom deployments-
- A+ certification

Preferred Qualifications:
- MCP/MTA Certification- Specialized experience in both Microsoft and Apple environments is a plus- Ability to perform complex technical analysis, work effectively in an independent environment, and communicate effectively other teams, managers and Government personnel

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$69,862.00 - $118,765.00
