CABLE/NTERNET SERVICES SOLD WILL BE SPECTRUM, OPTIMUM, DIRECT TV, FIOS, AND AT&T MOBILE

There will be employee product knowledge trainings weekly

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals
- Upsell additional products or services to increase revenue
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Cable Sales
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to upsell and close sales effectively
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,400.00 per week

Expected hours: 40 per week

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

- Garden City, NY 11530 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Garden City, NY 11530: Relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: In person
