The Administrative Assistant is responsible for overall office agency operations coordination activities provides services in accordance with agency policies.
The Administrative Assistant / Care Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling of all clinicians as well as answering and redirecting incoming calls to the agency.
Basic Human Resource Duties as needed.
The Administrative Assistant/Care Coordinator is also responsible for organizing employee personnel files and client folders.
Perform background checks and reference checks on all potential employees
Maintain office supplies and order as needed
Maintain customer confidence & protect operations by keeping information confidential while answering multiple inquiries
Confirming Schedules with Caregivers and Clients.
Organize & Manage Assignments while understanding Clients unique care needs & Match them with Caregivers availability, Skill set, & Travel logistics
Create and Maintain Client and Caregiver Schedules & Calendars
Bilingual - English and Spanish speaking proficiency preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
