Customer Service Representative- Chantilly, VA- Description
- **Green Pest Services** is rooted in our commitment to safe, and effective pest control services. Our owners worked with major national pest control companies for years, observing both effective and problematic pest control methods. Using these years of experience and a dedication to providing customers with better services, they formed Green Pest Services on the principles of environmentally friendly and safe pest control.- Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
- Manage and maintain a customer “Sales lead” database.
- Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly as needed.
- Identify and assess customer inquiries to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Education and Training provided on-the-job.
- Maintain an efficient calendar of day-to-day activities.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products, processes, and services.
- All duties for Customer Service Representative assigned by management.

- Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
- Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Creative, patient and compassion to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated.
- Firm knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mac
- Pass a background check.
- Pest Control customer service experience preferred.
