We are seeking an experienced Program Assistant to join our team. The Program Assistant coordinates logistics and performs administrative tasks to support the execution and delivery of virtual and in-person training classes. In addition, the Program Assistant provides customer service and support to faculty and students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take full responsibility for customer satisfaction by ensuring effective coordination of all aspects of training delivery.
- Prepare and disseminate instructor and participant course notifications.
- Confirm instructors for training sessions and provide administrative support.
- Set-up classrooms and A/V equipment.
- Provide instructors with technical support and troubleshoot issues with video conference software, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Order and secure course materials, training tools and supplies.
- Prepare and process travel authorization and expense reimbursement forms.
- Process student attendance sheets and issue course certificates.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to students and faculty
- Accommodate and assist customers with special needs.
- Confirm instructors’ completion of training assignments.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and emergency guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**:

- Organized self-starter and motivated learner with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills and ability to learn a variety of systems and databases
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, handling multiple tasks while maintaining quality
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities
- Proficient with virtual meeting technology (MS Teams and Zoom) and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)

**Education/Requirements**:

- Associates degree or higher
- Three years’ experience in sales, hospitality, event planning, or a customer service environment.
