This position is paid weekly; salary is based on experience and starts at $60,000 per year. + bonuses. We also offer paid time off, cell phone reimbursement, paid holidays, and bonuses for customer compliments. You will be provided with: a company truck, allowance to use your phone, equipment, and use of a company card for gas and chemical purchases.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Diagnose issues with customer's pool equipment (pump, filters, heaters, lights, plumbing, spa)
- Install new variable speed pumps (Jandy, Pentair, Hayward)
- Upgrade automation panel (Iaqualink, Screenlogic)
- Install new automation panel
- Repair and install new heaters (Pentair Mastertemp, Jandy JXI)
- Repair plumbing (valves, flappers, PVC pipe)
- Install new filters (cartridge, DE, sand)
- Replace media in sand filters
- Replace LED and incandescent lights
- Clean Filters
- Clean Salt Cell
- Record work performed
- Make decisions on when to escalate pool issues to management

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR**
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Must maintain an active Driver’s License and be insurable.
- Pool experience mandatory.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
- RAIL License mandatory.
- Ability to work outdoors during all seasons.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a schedule and workload.
- Maintain positive and cooperative working relationship with co-workers.
- Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Stand for extended periods of time.
