RAMP AGENT

The ramp agent will be providing necessary and required under-wing ground support services as contracted by the customer to

include but not be limited to loading and unloading baggage and cargo, marshalling, water, and lavatory servicing.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Guiding inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate
- Lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting passenger bags and cargo to/from aircraft, bag carts, dollies, and conveyor

belts
- Driving and/or operating ground support equipment, such as tow tractors, tow bars, belt loaders, container loaders,

baggage tugs and more
- Maintaining safety and security on the ramp and practicing all safety policies and procedures
- Communicating efficiently with ground personnel and flight crews
- Maintaining an understanding of and following all applicable federal, state, airport, and company regulations, policies,

and procedures
- Working with other departments to ensure on-time performance of flights.
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Including but not limited to standing, lifting, bending, stooping, walking, crawling, pushing, and pulling for extended

periods of time.
- Push, pull, lift, and load up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft load sheets, and cargo labels.
- Ability to understand and react to verbal and visual commands and safety warnings, with and without assistance of

sight or visual aids.
- Work outside in all types of weather and around aircraft and machinery noises

**Baggage Handler**

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Provision of baggage handlers to assist customers with loading luggage onto the buses and removing luggage from the buses will facilitate quicker activity at each shuttle bus stop.
- Training to include best practices regarding:

- Complete company onboarding and airport familiarization training
- Complete ERMC Training
- Complete 45 Minute WE SOAR Training Module
- Complete SIDA Training (If needed for post)
- Efficiently loading/unloading baggage on to and of off buses
- Placing baggage on the bus in a manner to maximize space and provide efficient loading/unloading.
- Methods of handling heavy items to avoid injury.
- Providing customers with a friendly, helpful experience
- Avoiding conflicts and using conflict resolution
- Safety around moving vehicles and pedestrians in a dynamic environment.
- Any staff member will wear a reflective safety vest with distinctive markings identifying them as baggage handlers.
- Staff are not permitted to have their cellphones or other personnel devices out and/or in use during any time while on duty. This includes headphones or other accessories that would connect to a device. It is critical that staff attention is always focused on their duties in the assignment.

**Cabin Cleaner**

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Preparing the cabin for customer boarding and departure, which includes cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys, and lavatories.
- Checking, handling, assembling, removing, and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to list specifics.
- Cleaning must be highly detailed and specific to ensure all areas are completely free of dirt, debris, marks etc.
- Assist Ramp agents when Cabin Cleaning is complete.
- Performs FOD walks in the ramp area between flights.
- Marshal aircraft's during arrival and departures.
- Ensures necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights.
- Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage routing tags.
- Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.

**Work Schedule**:

- You will need to have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. We operate in a shift bid environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.53 - $23.52 per hour
