**Position Summary**:Delta Family Services, Inc. is seeking an efficient and team oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing executive, administrative, clerical and confidential office support to the Family Services Division. This positive, professional and organized individual has the ability to prioritize and manage numerous simultaneous tasks and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize office operations and procedures; maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office structures.
- Perform general clerical work: schedule meetings/appointments; maintain files-both paper and electronic and convert via scanning when required.
- Create reports; write correspondence, etc. ensuring the correct format, edits and authorizations.
- Support the Compliance Coordinator with background clearances, PAA requests, letters and documents.
- Act as the Family Services Liaison with DHS regarding the opening and closing of our DHS location codes.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED required; AA or certificate in administrative office skills preferred.
- Two years of general office administrative experience required.
- Experience with Evolv and SWAN website preferred.
