**_Skills & Qualifications:_**
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

**_Education and Experience:_**
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- One year in a vehicle parts department preferred.
**_Essential Duties, Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications:_**
- Oversees the Parts Sales process from start to finish.
- Communicates with customers on parts status.
- Communicates with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Must be able to read and understand the Parts Catalog when looking up parts.
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Provides high level service to internal and external customers.
- Pulls and fills orders from stock.
- Notifies Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
- Locates out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submits an Emergency Order, if necessary.
**_Physical Requirements: _**
- Required to stand, sit, use hand to finger, handle, or feel.
- Frequently is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach with hands and arms, take, and hear.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
