- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of automotive products, including parts, accessories, and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a dynamic store environment.
- ASE certification or equivalent experience a plus.
