**Position Overview**: As a Street Marketing Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our field marketing efforts in the Fenway neighborhood. You will be responsible for engaging with pedestrians, distributing promotional materials, and creating buzz around our collective brands and events. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in grassroots marketing and contribute to the success of various marketing campaigns, engage with a variety of customers.

**Responsibilities**:This position may require you test cannabis products* and/or participate in product sampling and live smoking demonstrations. Follow the guide of team management on daily assignments & activations. Be comfortable with working outside in various weather conditions.
- **Street Promotion**: Represent the brand with high energy and engagement. Engage with pedestrians in high-traffic areas to promote our client's brands, products, and events.
- **Deliver in Person Experience**: Hand out flyers, samples, coupons, and other promotional materials.
- **Brand Ambassadorship**: Represent the brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner, embodying their brand values and messaging.
- **Drive Foot Traffic**: Proactively encourage potential customers to visit nearby stores, events, or activations.
- **Collect Feedback**: Gather insights and feedback from the community to inform future marketing strategies.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Ensure that promotional materials are distributed responsibly and keep the designated areas clean and organized.
- **Report and Documentation**: Provide detailed reports on daily activities, including the number of interactions, feedback received, and challenges faced.

**Requirements: All applicants must be 21+.**
- **Outgoing Personality**: Confident, approachable, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.
- **Reliability**: Dependable and punctual, able to commit to scheduled shifts.
- **Team Player**: You work well independently as well as part of a team, collaborating with fellow team members to achieve shared goals.
- **Local Knowledge**: Familiarity with the Fenway neighborhood and its surrounding areas is preferred, ability to retain information and share it out in conversation.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/carry promotional materials as needed.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on specific marketing campaign requirements.
- **Marketing Experience**: Previous experience in street marketing, event promotion, or customer service is a plus but not required.
