**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our esteemed team at District Capital Partners. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the linchpin of our office operations, providing essential administrative support, coordinating events, managing special projects, and ensuring the seamless functioning of our workspace.

**Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**:

- Ensure consistent office presence four days a week, with an additional day of remote work for flexibility, fostering a vibrant and efficient workspace.
- Oversee the procurement and management of office supplies and snacks, efficiently approving and ordering new requests.
- Nurture relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the smooth operation of essential equipment and services.
- Coordinate on-site meetings with organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Serve as the primary liaison with our property manager to maintain a harmonious workspace.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide essential administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience with DCP.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.

**Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and presentations, including DCP’s weekly team meeting and executive gatherings.
- Ensure the seamless execution of events, from logistics coordination to attendee management.
- Collaborate with team members to craft engaging event agendas and materials.

**Training Initiatives**:

- Craft engaging and informative presentations for new hires, instilling them with a comprehensive understanding of DCP's policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Schedule and facilitate training sessions with finesse and enthusiasm, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Gather and analyze post-training feedback, refining our training processes to ensure maximum efficacy and engagement.
- Drive innovation in training initiatives, exploring new topics and formats to inspire ongoing development and enrichment.
- Champion the evolution of our Summer Analyst curriculum, fostering an environment where emerging talent can thrive and flourish.

**DCP Marketing**:

- Coordinate memorable end-of-year gifts for our team members, orchestrating every detail from vendor coordination to distribution with precision and flair.
- Manage DCP social media presence.
- Oversee the ordering and distribution of deal tombstones to commemorate our successful deals, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

**Special Projects**:

- Take on special projects and assignments as needed to support the goals and objectives of DCP.
- Demonstrate adaptability and creativity in tackling unique challenges and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or related field preferred.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Full-time

**Pay**: $60,000-$85,000 per year, based upon level of experience

- 8-hour shift, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with a 30-minute break for lunch
- Monday to Friday
- 4 days per week in the office, with the remote day preferably scheduled on Fridays (flexible)

**Education**: Bachelor's degree (preferred)

**Experience**: Minimum 4 years of experience in office management or related field required.
