**WE ARE ONLY CONSIDERING LOCAL CANDIDATES / YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE PLS or PSM LICENSE**
- mastery of Auto CADD / Carlson surveying software
- mastery of Windows OS and all MS office products
- ability to accurately estimate bids and calculate job profitability.
- superior accuracy in a high-volume environment
- problem solver; ability to research discrepancies
- impeccable organization skills
- manage several crews & CADD techs; provide daily direction of tasks
- ability to adapt and perform with little or no daily direction
- you must be presentable and work with our office management and clients in a very professional manner.
