About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hydrographic Surveyor to join our team at Woolpert, a leading architecture, engineering, and geospatial firm. As a Hydrographic Surveyor, you will play a critical role in collecting and processing hydrographic data to support our clients' projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct multibeam and singlebeam hydrographic surveys using advanced equipment and software.
  • Perform GNSS topographic surveys and terrestrial LiDAR surveys to collect accurate data.
  • Process and analyze hydrographic data using specialized software and tools.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality results and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, environmental science, ocean engineering, geology, geography, spatial science, marine science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hydrographic surveying, including experience with multibeam and singlebeam survey equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in software such as Global Mapper, QINSy, CARIS, and EIVA Beamworks.
