**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for generating and closing leads in specific markets. This dynamic role involves direct-to-door sales, where you'll have the opportunity to leverage your sales skills to provide our clients with tailored roofing solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through door-to-door sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Educate clients on our roofing services and offerings.
- Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a direct-to-door or outside sales capacity is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
