Office Assistant

Greeting clients.
- Coordinating with vendors
- cleaning crew, snow removal, electric, etc.
- Walking through facility daily for cleaning crew check; checking in with cleaning crew on a regular basis.
- Working with cleaning crew for daily refrigerator clean out
- Keeping maintenance needs list and working with vendor on office repairs on a regular basis.
- Working with purchasing to order supplies and organizing supplies (kitchen, office, bathroom).
- Daily sweeps of kitchen
- kitchenette
- bathrooms
- conference rooms; restocking supplies as needed.
- Working with Project Managers and QA for client visits; setting conference rooms, ordering food, etc.
- Working off a daily “to do” checklist with additions as needed.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Education, Experience & Skills
- General office assistant experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
