- Work with program management teams to generate and manage subcontract efforts for major components procured from assigned suppliers on the program.
- Perform price analysis and use of cost evaluations for the development of pre-negotiation strategies.
- Lead negotiations and completion of subcontract / Purchase Order (PO) documentation, invoice reconciliation, and payment.
- Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.

- Lead a team made up of various functions to develop solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of innovation and follow through.
- Work with program management and other areas of the business for timely status and conclusion of subcontract matters and resolution of issues

Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills
- Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures associated knowledge of FAR / DFAR requirements

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

**Work Schedules**:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

**Schedule for this Position**:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
