Key Responsibilities- Patient Safety and Quality: Ensure the highest level of patient safety and quality care by adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of Pharmacy Technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless pharmacy operations.
- Business Development and Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to drive revenue and improve profitability.
- Customer Service and Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service and engage with patients to understand their needs and preferences.
