Dream Body Fitness is a dynamic and results-driven **Women Only **bootcamp training studio dedicated to transforming lives through fitness and well-being. We take immense pride in the incredible results we deliver to our community through our proven Group Training programs and personalized coaching. As a fast-growing fitness center, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Gym Sales and Content Creation Manager.

**Role Overview**:
As the Gym Sales and Content Manager, you will be a key player in driving the success of Dream Body Fitness by effectively managing sales, customer interactions, and overall gym operations. Your role will encompass a blend of sales, content, and other management responsibilities, ensuring our members have a remarkable experience while achieving their fitness goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive membership sales by effectively promoting and selling our fitness programs and memberships.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing members and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the gym.
- Conduct facility tours and consultations to showcase our fitness offerings and guide potential members in making informed decisions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our fitness programs, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract new members.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise gym staff, fostering a positive and energetic team environment.
- Handle member feedback, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales and customer service in the fitness industry.
- **EXPERIENCE IN FITNESS INDUSTRY IS A MUST**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage appointments, sales, and daily operations.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for fitness and well-being.
- Previous experience in managing a team is a plus.
- Familiarity with fitness programs, workout routines, and health-related concepts is beneficial.
