This position requires full-time on-site presence at our Rolling Meadows, IL location until you earn your six-month milestone increase.



Upon successfully achieving your six-month milestone increase, you will become eligible to transition to a hybrid working model. Under this hybrid model, your work schedule will include in-office presence on Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, provided you maintain good standing within the organization.

The Resolution Associate Program is a structured learning and development program perfect for recent graduates or those looking to transition to a new and rewarding career.

State Licensing

Gallagher requires that all its claim personnel who interface with our clients hold an insurance license in the state(s) in which they operate and serve. Requirements for obtaining a license differ by state and you will need to work with your supervisor to register for the state licensing course(s) and/or exam(s). Successful passing of the state insurance exam must be completed within 30 days of start date in order to continue employment in this role.
