**Position**: Client Support Specialist

**Location**: Remote*

**Hours**: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm with occasional overtime)

**About Us**:
Hixny is a leading provider of health information exchange (HIE) services, dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes through seamless data exchange. We are committed to delivering the highest standard of service to our users and ensuring the security and confidentiality of patient information.

**Essential Functions**:
As a Client Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, providing primary account service, maintenance, and support to Hixny users. Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing live customer service to address basic account management issues such as password resets and system access problems.

2. Reviewing and linking medical and clinical records to ensure accurate data management.

3. Creating, modifying, and disabling user accounts to maintain appropriate access levels and security.

4. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly and accurately resolving client issues.

5. Maintaining strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

**Required Education, Skills & Experience**:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

2. Proficiency in computer skills and ability to navigate technical systems.

3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting and/or knowledge of health information systems preferred.
