People Operations Assistant

Description:
Provides administrative support to CEO, COO and other C-Suite employees; Supports People Operations
department by helping administer programs and procedures that benefit all Marshall+Sterling employees.
- Arranges business travel and provides administrative support for the Chairman, CEO, COO and others as needed.
- Provides corporate event planning for various functions.
- Assists in maintaining HRIS records and compiles reports from database as needed.
- Provides a variety of specialized and confidential administrative support for key events in the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, benefits enrollment, learning/development, and termination/offboarding.
- Build and maintain a favorable and professional work relationship with other staff members.
- Communicate with Supervisor/Manager any issues to ensure excellent service.
- Adhere to established employee manual policies and guidelines.
- Adhere to workflow and E&O procedures and guidelines to reduce the risk of E&O claims.
- Promptly report all E&O claims and potential E&O claims.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
**Requirements**:
- College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to process and maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent verbal and written communicationskillsand ability to interact with senior leadership on a regular basis.
- High organizational ability and exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Paylocity or Vertafore a plus.
- Friendly and helpful demeanor
