The Customs Broker Entry Writer will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customs clearance process for our clients. Your meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive knowledge of customs regulations will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and facilitating the efficient movement of goods across borders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and submit import declarations and other required documentation for customs clearance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations and laws.
- Communicate with customs officials, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or inquiries.
- Classify goods according to tariff coding systems.
- Stay updated on changes in customs laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customs clearance processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any concerns related to customs clearance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Customs Broker Entry Writer.
- In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and tariff codes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in customs clearance software and systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Experience**:

- Freight forwarding or customs brokerage (preferred)
