- Friday 7:30am-4:00pm**

**Shift: Flexible**

**Summary**: The Western Regional Sales Manager (WRSM) will manage and develop new business with enthusiasm and passion for Infratech’s products while living our values. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the position exists to grow sales, build market share, and increase brand awareness by driving sales with long-term relationships with key distributor accounts, specifiers, builders, and wholesalers within the geographically assigned market. Overnight travel is required to manage the region from the West Coast to Mountain states and the Western Canada region—travel requirements (including air) - 50%. The WRSM will need to be self-motivated and creative in developing the territory.

**Essential Functions**:

- In conjunction with Specialty Distributors and Wholesalers, develop annual sales quotas for the region.
- Implement national sales programs by developing action plans and reviewing sales performance with distributors.
- Actively work specification sales, including AIA CEU program, contractor builder calls, and selling to the hospitality industry, developing programs for Electrical Contractors, and working to reach more retailers with the current program.
- Develop deep relationships at all levels with the Specialty Distributors; conduct quarterly reviews with Senior Management; hold joint sales calls to train and develop the sales force and dealer base; train the Customer Service departments; and work with purchasing to ensure proper inventory levels.
- Communicate with the Director of Sales about your monitoring competitors, supply and demand indicators, and new opportunities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR
- A comparable record of sales leadership experience is required.
- At least five (5) years of sales experience is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong multi-tasking capabilities and time management.
- Ability to create and implement sales plans.
- Ability to analyze sales data.
- Strong presentation skills. Must have experience presenting virtual or in front of large groups.
- Analytical skills
- Ability to develop budgets and sales strategies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Overnight travel is required, 50%- including air travel.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Standing at trade shows for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

**Environment**:

- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Will work in an office and travel 50% (including air) overnight.
