General Functions and Scope

The Operator plays a pivotal role in our operations, responsible for operating heavy earthmoving and demolition equipment with mínimal oversight. They are proficient in a range of tasks, including excavation, loading, backfill, finish grading, general demolition, technical building wrecking, and material processing.

Essential Functional Areas of Responsibilities
- Operate construction, excavation, hauling, and maintenance equipment, including backhoes, front-end loaders, bulldozers, excavators, blades, motor graders, etc.
- Prepare construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation projects.
- Utilize excavating machinery to dig holes and trenches required for structural concrete work.
- Perform daily inspections on equipment and document findings to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Fulfill any additional duties assigned by supervisory personnel.

Supervisory Responsibilities***

This position **does not** have direct reports.
