Operations Support Manager

As an Operations Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Operations Manager to drive financial success and enhance service delivery at your designated location(s). Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify the company’s values and operational standards, ensuring a consistent application of best practices.
  • Act as the primary leader in the absence of the Operations Manager, providing direction and support to the team.
  • Organize and oversee work schedules, delegating tasks to team members effectively.
  • Collaborate with staff to cultivate strong patient communication skills and facilitate ongoing learning.
  • Focus the team on implementing the clinical culture established by the Owner Dentists to support the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE).
  • Assist in driving consistent revenue and profit growth.
  • Ensure compliance with cash management and accounting protocols.
  • Provide insights on strategies that can enhance financial and patient outcomes for broader organizational benefit.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep in accordance with company policies.
  • Lead daily huddles and participate in all required meetings.
  • Act as a steward of the Pacific Dental Services brand, making decisions that align with our framework.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in executing PDS processes, systems, and tools, while contributing to their enhancement.
  • Champion the Perfect Patient Experience and ensure effective communication during transitions.
  • Support clinicians in educating patients about the Mouth-Body Connection.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor, treating all individuals with respect.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience or training in dentistry, insurance, or business management.
